weldworld began business in 1999 with a truck and a trailer and a idea of taking the welding store to the customer. Business took off quickly and before long we opened our first location on Calgary Trail. We supplied Welding, Industrial and Safety Supplies to our ever growing customer base. Soon after that, we started supplying industrial gases.

In 2005 we began construction on our first cylinder filling plant. We began with a modest plant that would produce 100 cylinders a day. In 2010 with customer demand on the rise we felt that an upgrade to the cylinder filling facility was in order. We added new pumping equipment that now allows us to fill 1000 cylinders a day.
